What to Expect from a Session:

  • Check in – how you are feeling, discuss body and mind challenges

 

  • Gentle stretching

  • Relaxation, breathing and visualisation

  • Basic relaxation checks – how to release tension in the body

  • Tapping/grounding exercises

  • Check out – self-care, focus, positive thoughts

The sessions will take place in the Soul Sanctuary studio. This can be booked in pairs.

 

Cost per therapeutic session is £45. (£25 each if a pair)
